How do I add a vehicle?
Open CarLog and tap the add (+) button on your vehicles screen. Enter the car's name, current odometer reading, and your preferred units (km/mi, L/gal) and currency. The free version includes one vehicle.
How do reminders work?
Create a reminder for things like an oil change, insurance renewal or inspection, and set it to trigger by date or by odometer. When it's due, CarLog sends you a push notification. Make sure notifications are enabled for CarLog in your iOS Settings.
How do I unlock extra vehicles?
Extra vehicles are available through a one-time in-app purchase. When you try to add a second vehicle, you'll be offered the upgrade, which is processed securely by Apple via the App Store. After purchase, you can add and track additional vehicles. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policy — refund requests are handled by Apple.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@carlog.app from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your account and associated data within a reasonable period. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How is fuel economy calculated?
CarLog uses the distance between fill-ups (from your odometer readings) and the fuel added to compute economy in L/100km, MPG or km/L, depending on your unit settings. Both full and partial fill-ups are supported.
